Cancellation Policy:
- You have 48 hours before your reservation to cancel, otherwise half of the money is not refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions on the day of your rental.
- Any last-minute changes to your rental booking(s) will be subject to a $100 change fee per machine.
- No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.
Policies & Rules:
- NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS FOR DRIVERS OR PASSENGERS IN OLR MACHINES/VEHICLES.
- TRAVELING OFF-TRAIL WILL RESULT IN A $150 FEE PER MACHINE.
- There will be a $10 per person fee at the trailhead from the National Forest Service.
- Rentals include a Truck, trailer, and a full tank of gas.
- A $1,000 deposit hold is required during the reservation.

How It Works:
•Arrive at our shop in Breckenridge 30 minutes before your ride so you don’t cut into your ride time.
•Complete any outstanding paperwork
•Receive trail maps & instructions
•Head out to the trail of your choice

The Details
Half Day 8:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00 pm-5:00 pm
Full Day 9:00 am-4:00 pm
All rentals include the machine (ATV or side-by-side), trailer, and truck.
Optional: A discount of $40 will apply to any rentals of more than 2 side-by-sides, 3 snowmobiles, or 3 ATVs if the client wants to use their own vehicle (at the time of making the reservation).
Cancellation Policy:
To make changes to your reservation, you must inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation time. Please ensure to reach out during our regular business hours, as we do not accept cancellation requests via email. In the event of a “no show,” the full rental amount will be charged. It’s important to note that each ride is allocated a specific machine and date upon reservation, preventing us from selling that slot to another customer. Regrettably, we do not offer cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather such as rain or snow. However, if there are severe thunderstorms forecasted in your riding area, we may consider cancellation for safety reasons. Nevertheless, weather conditions, particularly in the unpredictable terrain of the Colorado mountains, can change rapidly.
