Rental Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• You have 48 hours before your reservation to cancel, otherwise half of the money is not refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions on the day of your rental.
• Any last-minute changes to your rental booking(s) will be subject to a $100 change fee per machine.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.

OUR RULES & POLICIES:

• On the day of the reservation, we do require a $1,000 deposit for the machines you’re taking.
• If machines are not returned at the time of the reservation we will be charging $100 extra per machine.
• We do NOT allow drinking or smoking while using our equipment.
• We are not responsible for weather conditions changes so make sure to bring the appropriate clothes!
