Cancellation Policy:

• You have 48 hours before your reservation to cancel, otherwise half of the money is not refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions on the day of your rental.
• Any last-minute changes to your rental booking(s) will be subject to a $100 change fee per machine.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.

Policies & Rules:

• NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS FOR DRIVERS OR PASSENGERS IN OLR MACHINES/VEHICLES.
• TRAVELING OFF-TRAIL WILL RESULT IN A $150 FEE PER MACHINE.
• There will be a $10 per person fee at the trailhead from the National Forest Service.
• Rentals include a Truck, trailer, and a full tank of gas.
• A $1,000 deposit hold is required during the reservation.
