  • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge.
  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions on the day of your rental.
  • Last-minute changes to bookings are subject to a $100 change fee per machine.
  • No refunds for same-day cancellations.

  • No Alcohol or Drugs: Drivers and passengers must not consume alcohol or drugs.
  • Stay on Trails: Traveling off-trail incurs a $150 fee per machine.
  • Trailhead Fee: A $10 per person fee applies at the trailhead (National Forest Service).
  • Included with Rentals: Truck, trailer, and a full tank of gas.
  • Deposit Hold: A $1,000 deposit hold is required during the reservation.

Optional: A discount of $40 will apply to any rentals of more than 2 side-by-sides, 3 snowmobiles, or 3 ATVs if the client wants to use their own vehicle (at the time of making the reservation).
