Offroad Life Rentals is seeking a dynamic Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including scheduling bookings, processing payments, and maintaining general filing and organization systems.
Responsibilities:
•Manage and schedule bookings for offroad rental experiences.
•Process customer payments and handle billing queries.
•Maintain organized filing systems.
•Assist in daily administrative tasks to support office operations.
Requirements:
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
•Good communication skills.
•Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus (but not required).
