• 48-Hour Cancellation Window: You have up to 48 hours before your reservation to cancel without penalty. Cancellations made within this period will result in a 50% refund.
• Weather Conditions: Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions on the day of your rental.
• Last-Minute Changes: Any last-minute changes to your rental booking(s) will be subject to a $100 change fee per machine.
• Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.

Your safety is our top priority. Please adhere to the following policies:

• No Alcohol or Drugs: Drivers and passengers must remain sober while operating or riding on our machines/vehicles.
• Included Equipment: Rentals include a truck, trailer, and a full tank of gas to ensure you have everything you need for a seamless adventure.
• Deposit Hold: A $1,000 deposit hold is required during the reservation. This deposit will be released upon safe return of the equipment.
